11.07.07 - Junior Art Director

Back in grade school, some people used to make fun of the smart kids. We hire them. We hire them because some challenges demand gray matter. Are you interested in getting your feet wet? Then get on the high board, take a jump and submerse yourself in our pool. We're a creative-driven ad agency looking to add a talented Junior Art Director that ís ready for their chance to be heard.

We believe every idea has value and every creative person has ideas to contribute, so you won't be stuck mounting presentations all day long, but actually get to help create the work thatís being presented. This is a great opportunity for a junior level Art Director that wants to do more than the agency grunt work.

Requirements:

         - A book that shows a great eye AND a great mind

         - 1-2 year's professional art direction or design
            experience (corporate, studio, or agency)

         - Passion for design and eagerness to collaborate
            with other creative people

         - Self-motivated, organized and accountable

         - Expertise in full line of Mac software, CS 2 and CS 3

         - General knowledge of HTML and Flash a plus

         - Careful attention to detail a must
