Phase 2 now utilizes the first phase and the new database. Since new Dallas County employees don't always join the credit union at orientation, DCECU felt they weren't capturing as many new members as they would like and wanted an optional way to recruit additional Dallas County employees.
We felt that the best way to capture new members was to get existing members to refer co-workers. Using email, payroll stuffers, signage, and counter cards, we developed an integrated campaign where everybody would win.
