dPi asked us to create a retention campaign for existing customers. We thought the best way to do this was to tell them to take a vacation (on the client, of course).
Since we wanted customers to feel that staying with dPi could actually help them get ahead, we created an ongoing promotion that would reward them for their loyalty. The longer customers kept their service with dPi, the greater their opportunity for great prizes and trips. After six months, customer retention increased 12%.
