Summery of Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Can shoot scroll-stopping high quality video (sometimes on the fly) in various locations
• Ability to edit videos and short form content on phone (and computer, if needed) including color correction, transitions, audio and sound effects, graphics, etc.
• Adaptable mindset with ability to respond quickly to changing priorities
• Generate innovative content concepts through strategic brainstorming sessions and monitor emerging trends
• Finding opportunities to turn those trends and ideas into engaging content for clients
• Ability to concept new trends and experiment with ideas that produce genuine audience growth and engagement
• Organize comprehensive content planning including storyboards, production schedules, shot lists, etc.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining creative quality
• Candidate should have a strong visual sense with understanding of composition, lighting and aesthetics
• Familiarity with professional lighting equipment, cameras, and filming accessories
• Timely response to comments and DMs across platforms
• Analytics experience with ability to interpret performance data and optimize content accordingly
• Overall, candidate should be nimble and flexible as well as collaborative, organized and excited to create content

• Bachelor Degree Required
