Methodist Southlake Hospital is a multi-specialty physician-led hospital that delivers the latest in medical procedures and technological advances. As a community hospital, Methodist Southlake is staffed with leading physicians who have the expertise and resources to address nearly any health concern in a timely manner.
Methodist Southlake offers a unique, holistic approach to patient healing in a relaxing environment, quite unlike most traditional hospitals. This differentiator notwithstanding, there was a lack of awareness of the hospital within the local community. Our challenge with their hospital marketing was to increase the awareness of the hospital, with a particular focus on their ER department that can see patients within 15 minutes.
Agency Creative developed a series of integrated campaigns to hyper target consumers within a 5-mile radius of the hospital. Our various hospital marketing campaigns focused on promoting Medicare, ER and various other service lines. Digital tactics deployed included a redesign of the existing website, email blasts, local SEO, Google paid search and website retargeting. Print tactics tied it all together with ads in local pubs, in-hospital posters, collateral, table tents and patient statement inserts.

The campaign is still ongoing and results are still coming in, but overall Methodist is well on its way to reaching its goal.
