Account Executive

The Account Executive (AE) collaborates with the Account Director (AD) and agency partners on the development and execution of all creative campaigns and individual client projects, whether assigned by client and/or other agency partners. The ideal AE must thrive in a high energy, fast-paced environment, have exceptional organizational skills, have a proactive attitude, excellent people skills and a sincere interest in the clients business. The AE is primarily responsible for ensuring that the agency output adheres to the client objectives, meets client deadlines, and achieves the agency standard of quality and models and acts in accordance with Agency Creative (AC) “I OWN IT” (IOI) principles.

Summary of Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Project Leadership:
• Identifies, plans and manages all key deliverables, activities, budgets, and deadlines for creative campaigns and individual client projects
• Oversees the products, services and advertising requirements of each client
• Develops monthly revenue forecast and P&L statements across individual accounts
• Ensures proactive communication of client budget status by project and/or by month end
• Ensuring the accuracy and timelines of project billing
• Ensuring profitability of your accounts and projects
• Reviews, brainstorms and evaluates creative ideas/output to ensure that work meets brand and project strategies/objectives, client demand, and the agency’s IOI principles
• Has a thorough understanding of multiple production processes (print, TV, Radio, online, digital, out-of-home, collateral, etc) and can efficiently manage the simultaneous execution of these tactics at the same time
• Manages development of project proposals/timelines, budgets, advertising and media plans with oversight from Account Service leadership team
• Manages all administrative duties including: weekly status reports, project documentation, client billing, and internal job management — including conference reports within 24 hours of a meeting
• Works as a conduit between Account Services Team and Creative to ensure seamless and flawless execution of all projects through the lens of “IOI” principles
• Acts as a key point of contact for all agency partners
• Plans and executes internal meetings, partner and client meetings (i.e. Creative kickoffs, brand immersions, weekly client meetings, project post mortem), etc
• Completes tasks as necessary to support the agency and the Account Services Team
• Adheres to the stated process and procedures of our company
• Completes a daily timesheet

Client Relations:
• Strengthens client relationships though proactive account leadership
• Gaining/maintaining familiarity with the clients industry, products, business culture and competition
• Liaising with and acting as the link between the client and the agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring communication flows effectively
• Has an understanding of advertising, digital, and media industry trends/developments and uses this knowledge to present business building ideas for the client and the agency
• Manages project proposals/timelines, budgets, advertising and media plans; gaining client approval prior to initiation of work
• Identifies and tracks success metrics and program performance measures to evaluate program effectiveness and to integrate into future initiatives
• When possible, represents AC at industry events and trade shows to find prospective clients and employees while emanating a professional manner and appearance

Account Supervisor

Account Coordinator

Digital Media Coordinator

The Digital Media Coordinator position is a technology catch-all that provides support to the Digital team and the Digital Project Manager. Day to day work will include maintenance and small tasks on websites, documentation of development projects, and light first-line office IT work.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Digital Project Manager in any and all tasks required
• Oversee development and posting of Agency Creative blog and news articles
• Manage website development protocol and checklists
• Thoroughly document all Digital department projects, including project status, change documents, password management, and developer notes
• Manage website hosting for Agency Creative clients and oversee monthly website maintenance
• Research technology solutions for current and future projects
• Interact with all members of the Agency Creative team to provide support and insight as needed

Art Director

Account Service Intern

Job Description
Account service intern position will work with current Senior Account Executive and Account Service team on all day-to-day responsibilities of managing our client’s marketing efforts.  Clients range from healthcare to hospitality and education to technology. Daily responsibilities could include, but are not limited to; competitive research/analysis, social media planning and execution, assisting in building creative sales-driving programs, creating client presentations, developing cost estimates, maintaining timelines, assisting in preparing creative briefs, and communicating with clients.
