Renaissance Dallas Hotel
Brand Strategy Agency Creative leveraged the one thing that wasn’t changing in this head-to-toe renovation––the hotel’s iconic shape. The campaign line became “The shape you want to be in.”
Website Development We developed a website that featured the three phases of the hotel makeover.
Direct Mail We created direct mailings, which were sent to past guest, travel agents and meeting planners featuring free iPods and suite upgrades.
E-blasts We e-mailed past guests and meeting planners a variety of promotional offers.
Menus, arrival packets and more Posters in elevators, door hangers, table tents and key cards all reflected the message of “the shape you want to be in” campaign.
Results This integrated campaign generated a 16% click-through response helping the hotel exceed their sales goals by 3%. Transient bookings following the phase I renovation were 4% above goal.
