Dallas Marketing Company Seals Deal with Vericrest

Agency Creative seals the deal with Vericrest Financial

Agency Creative has landed another financial account. Vericrest Financial chose the Dallas marketing company on the strength of previous financial marketing work and its understanding of the mortgage industry.

“Our team met with several Dallas agencies,” said Emily Eisenhauer, Vice President of Marketing at Vericrest Financial, “But Agency Creative exhibited a higher level of commitment and a stronger strategic analysis.”

Vericrest Financial, a subsidiary of Hudson Advisors, acquires MSRs, services underwater mortgages, reduces delinquencies and gets nonperforming loans performing again. Previously, the company has been an exclusive mortgage servicer and special servicer to its parent companies, Hudson Advisors and Loan Star Funds.

“Vericrest is ready to expand their services to a broader array of investors, banks and financial entities,” explained Mark Wyatt, President of the Dallas marketing company. “Developing targeted messaging to investors and borrowers will be the agency’s primary task.”

Eisenhauer hired several Metroplex advertising agencies to develop campaign ideas for this emerging brand. The team at Agency Creative won the creative shoot out and immediately began implementing the chosen campaign: Insight That Performs.

“Agency Creative has hit the ground running,” said Eisenhauer, “The Vericrest team looks forward to seeing how their branding expertise will advance our business goals.”
