Agency Creative is happy to announce the results of another successful marketing campaign for Tyler Technologies’ Odyssey® court solutions.
Tyler Technologies, our client of six years, tapped us to help develop a strategic marketing plan to reach California court system decision makers. After a thorough discovery process, our team developed a totally integrated campaign to familiarize the target audience with Tyler Technologies’ innovative Odyssey® courts and justice software.
This leading-edge technology has helped courthouses across the country in some 600+ counties. Odyssey has helped courts go paperless, streamline dockets, eliminate errors and improve efficiencies.
The timing for the campaign could not have been better. After the 2011 termination of all efforts by the state to develop a custom statewide case management system, California courts were on the lookout for an affordable, effective, off-the-shelf solution. Odyssey® has all that and more.
“Odyssey® software was already performing in hundreds of counties in 21 other states across the U.S. as an end-to-end solution,” explained Michael Kleiman, Director of Marketing for Tyler’s Courts and Justice division.® “We just needed to get our foot in the door. Our track record would sell itself.”
The coordinated launch of a California-focused microsite, geo-targeted digital ads, digital retargeting, four-page print insert, e-blasts and an ongoing PPC effort began to get results immediately.

More than 20 California counties have signed contracts for Odyssey® in the last 18 months.”
Overall, this integrated marketing effort helped seed the ground among all 58 California courts to create awareness for Tyler Odyssey solutions. By successfully generating awareness among court decision makers, the Tyler sales force was able to generate more than $50M in sales. Tyler is now securely positioned as the leader in the California market.

The Agency Creative team will be working with Tyler Technologies to further refine their marketing effort for the next year.
