Brand Strategy Assist Wireless provides individuals beneath the poverty line with phones through the government’s Lifeline Program. Agency Creative brought this message and mission to life in the evocative tagline “Here for You.”
Logo This clean, bold logo serves as a beacon to those in need of a cell phone and an affordable data plan.
TV Simple, humorous TV commercials featuring a spokes-customer were developed to show the advantages of selecting your phone from one of the many Assist Wireless brick and mortar locations across Oklahoma.
Website This responsively designed website brings the brand promise to life. The site seamlessly reconfigures to fit on any computer or mobile device. An online portal was created to encourage online enrollment by means of a desktop or mobile device.
Store Signage Bold, new signage was developed for stores to help them to attract walk-in traffic.
In-store Promotion In-store promotions featuring our spokes-customer were created to advertise and promote monthly specials.
PPC Campaign A supplemental pay-per-click campaign helped create a 25% lift to online enrollment.
Email Marketing An email recapturing campaign was developed to reengage prospects who had dropped out of the online enrollment process. Each successive email provided an incentive of additional phone minutes.
Metrics We have assigned metrics to each and every tactic to fully optimize performance.
This enables our team to weekly monitor call volume, web traffic and sales data.
Results Thanks to this integrated campaign, Assist Wireless has grown their market share in Oklahoma from 8 to 15 percent. Online enrollment more than tripled during the first six months, producing some 2,000+ additional inquiries. Website views increased 165% and bounce rate is down 85%. Mobile visits now account for 40% of online traffic. Assist Wireless has expanded from 8 Oklahoma stores to 16.
