Building a Strong Visual Brand Story
TDIndustries (TD) is a leading construction and facility services company offering comprehensive solutions for the complete life-cycle of a building. Following the successful partnership and launch of a careers microsite, TD engaged Agency Creative in 2014 to redesign their full corporate website.
TD is known for its strong culture rooted in servant leadership, ranking in Fortune magazine’s “100 Best Companies to Work For®” 19 years in a row. Employees are considered Partners and treated as the company’s greatest asset. It was important that we build a website that better communicated those values and worked, strategically, to capture the many business verticals of TD’s full life-cycle of services.

Website Development We wanted to balance the highly technical services TD provides with their unique organizational philosophy. The responsive website was designed with the mobile visitor in mind and features lifestyle imagery that conveys TD’s core values.
TD’s services range from engineering and construction to facility operations and maintenance. To quickly communicate their complete offering and the areas they serve, we simplified the navigation bar to be more user-friendly. For mobile visitors, this created a seamless experience.
To ensure TD’s culture was accurately reflected on every page of the website, images were taken at their offices, on-site, and include actual TD Partners to tell a more authentic story of the company’s culture.
Results In just three short months, traffic to the website increased by 39%. There has also been a very positive response, internally, among TD’s Partners and current clients. The site continues to help the company recruit new talent.
