Autumn Leaves is a growing chain of memory care assisted living communities that needed to do a better job attracting the families of those with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
In a highly competitive senior living market, there was no clear point of differentiation for the brand and no means of leveraging the unique offerings of the organization.
After meeting with the company’s leadership team, Agency Creative toured area residences and conducted a deep dive to discover Autumn Leaves’ unique memory care approach. We discovered each Autumn Leaves community is designed and built with the memory-challenged resident in mind. Agency Creative then created a brand positioning strategy that centered on “Better Memory Care. By Design.” Following the strategy we developed a new logo that imbued a warm color palette designed to provide a sense of comfort and reassurance to prospective residents and their adult children. We subsequently designed and launched a new lead generation-based website as well as an integrated marketing campaign including print, outdoor, collateral, digital and more.

The first-year campaign stats were impressive- brand awareness more than doubled and the organization experienced a signifigant increase in their occupancy levels.
