
Kim Bariatric Institute (KBI) offers elective bariatric surgery procedures and weight loss treatments to patients across the Metroplex.
The CHALLENGE
KBI was being outspent and out-marketed by their North Texas competitors. They needed an agency partner who could trim the waste and improve their ROI. At the same time, KBI had developed and patented new bariatric procedures that would give the practice a competitive edge. Agency Creative knew we had to take it up a notch.
The SOLUTION
Agency Creative developed a brand positioning for KBI that leveraged the fact the organization had done more bariatric surgeries than any other practice in the market. We then created a fully integrated communications program that included TV, outdoor, print, website and digital tactics. Our “Changing More Lives” campaign was launched across the Metroplex and resonated immediately with potential bariatric patients.
