Banh Shop, a trendy brand specializing in Vietnamese street food, was referred to us needing stronger brand awareness for their newly opened locations in Irving and Fort Worth. Their signature items are fresh protein bowls and banh mi Vietnamese sandwiches. Due to the low awareness of the amazing banh mi sandwich, our campaign initially focused on educating the market about their authentic Vietnamese sandwiches and bowls. Given this was a new restaurant concept, our challenge was to deliver results on a limited budget. We launched the campaign with paid and organic social media, influencers, Google Search, Yelp, Door Dash, and Uber Eats promotions. The campaign effectively established Banh Shop as the top choice for modern, vibrant Vietnamese street food.
