EnTouch Controls has hired the brand development specialists at Agency Creative to be their Agency of Record. The Richardson-based company offers proprietary technology and services to help multi-site restaurants and retail stores manage their energy consumption.

“We selected Agency Creative because of their results-oriented approach to brand development and advertising,” said Greg Fasullo, CEO, EnTouch Controls.

EnTouch’s client list includes Chuck E. Cheese, Corner Bakery, Smashburger and Uncle Julio’s, to name a few. Their services are currently being used in 4,000-plus retail locations across the country.

“Today, EnTouch Controls lacks a cohesive marketing message and brand look,” explained Mark Wyatt, President of Agency Creative. “We are partnering with their management team to develop and hone a clear, integrated brand development strategy.”

EnTouch provides management and oversight of multi-site restaurant and retail stores’ critical HVAC, lighting and refrigeration units. It alerts facility managers to maintenance needs and helps extend the life of equipment. The net effect is lower energy costs, reduced capital expenditures and a more comfortable environment for a business’s customers and guests.

The Agency Creative team will be responsible for developing an integrated branding campaign that will include brand positioning, a strategic website plan, sales materials, collateral and more.
