Agency Creative tackles Integrated Marketing Campaign for Carter BloodCare

Agency Creative has been asked to assist with integrated marketing communications efforts for DFW-based Carter BloodCare.

Carter BloodCare provides blood components and transfusion services for more than 150 Texas healthcare facilities. This includes children’s hospitals, centers for trauma and transplant surgeries, as well as cancer treatment.

“Carter BloodCare works hard to provide blood components for an average of 600 to 800 blood recipients each and every day,” said Mark Wyatt, president of Agency Creative. “We believe that this important communications initiative will reach out and engage the community on a variety of levels.”

We have pulled out all the stops. This full-bore integrated marketing communications effort includes Social Media content for such social mainstays as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube as well as monitoring Instagram uploads.

“We tasked Agency Creative to oversee this important initiative,” said Jennifer Maul, director of Marketing for Carter BloodCare, “because we believe their vast Social Media insight and experience is sure to produce results.”

Integrated marketing campaign tactics will include e-blast development, website updates, copywriting for marketing materials, video production and the creation of landing pages directed toward physicians and hospitals.

“Agency Creative will also be tracking metrics to determine what is working well and what could be working better,” added Wyatt.

Carter BloodCare offers North, Central and East Texans more than 26 convenient donor centers where they can help their communities by giving blood. Last year, Carter BloodCare provided more than 440,000 blood components for area patients.

“Our goal is to get the word out to those who are unaware of the good they can do with Carter BloodCare to save lives in their community and to invite current donors to do more,” said Maul.
