Creating awareness of superior ER access to the Southlake community
This newer hospital, two years since opening, needed to create stronger awareness and the ease of access of their ER. Having the shortest wait times of local competitors and staffed with leading ER physicians, we first enhanced their digital footprint. Our initial objective was to help local consumers easily find the ER when experiencing an emergency. We then launched a traditional marketing program to increase mind share of the local community hospital and their ER.
