Methodist Southlake Hospital is a multi-specialty physician-led hospital that delivers the latest in medical procedures and technological advances. As a community hospital, Methodist Southlake’s ER is staffed with leading physicians who have the expertise and resources to address most health escalations in a timely manner.

The CHALLENGE

Unlike neighboring ER’s, the Methodist Southlake ER has a fully-staffed department that can see patients in under 15 minutes. Although it’s the area’s preeminent and most convenient 24/7 ER facility, there was a lack of community awareness. Our challenge was to double the average number of ER patients seen per day.

The SOLUTION

Agency Creative developed an integrated campaign to hyper target consumers within a 5-mile radius of the hospital. Digital tactics included a redesign of the existing ER website, email blasts to investors, employees and opted-in consumers and patients. We also employed local SEO, Google paid search and website retargeting. Print tactics tied it all together with ads in local pubs, in-hospital posters, collateral, table tents and patient statement inserts.

The RESULTS

The campaign is still ongoing and results are still coming in, but overall Methodist is well on its way to reaching goal.
