Today, Metro Anesthesia is replicating that successful model with the launch of a new Management Service Organization (MSO) known as Independent Physicians Network or “IPN”.
Like the name says, Independent Physicians Network helps doctors continue to operate as independent practice providers by handling coding compliance, revenue cycle management and the day-to-day back office work that can overwhelm physicians and prevent them from doing what they love to do… practice medicine. IPN partners also gain access to a number of personal benefits such as lower malpractice fees, insurance, and a 401K.
To get the company off the ground, Metro Anesthesia partnered with Agency Creative, an experienced healthcare ad agency, to brand Independent Physicians Network and market it to an elite network of anesthesiologists via a toolkit that will empower IPN’s partner physicians to identify and recruit talent within their own professional circles. This selective process is designed to attract the top anesthesiologists and ensure a collective success among IPN’s members.
