Agency Creative has recently kicked off a full-orbed Social Media program for GoBowling.com, part of the Bowling Proprietors’ Association of America (BPAA).

GoBowling.com is a robust website designed to create excitement around the game of bowling and connect bowlers across the country to their closest bowling center.

“We turned to Agency Creative to help us develop an integrated Social Media program,” said Bart Burger, Vice President of Business Development at the BPAA. “They understood our goals and what it takes to launch an effective Social Media program.”

The BPAA, a longtime client of Dallas-based Agency Creative, provides marketing, training, web services, promotional programs and the generation of leads for more than 3,000 bowling centers across the nation.

“This coordinated Social Media effort utilizes monthly sweepstakes and giveaways to create national awareness and participation in the game of bowling,” explained Mark Wyatt, President of the Dallas-based advertising agency. “Our Social Media team developed daily content for Facebook and Twitter, as well as weekly blogs and a YouTube channel to create excitement around bowling and capture opt-ins.”

The integrated initiative includes Facebook ads, monthly e-blasts, Facebook content management, regular Tweets, QR coding and the development of monthly sweepstakes creative.

“In just 15 weeks, Agency Creative has yielded more than 2,000 sweepstakes opt-ins, 2,600+ Facebook likes and nearly 1,100 Twitter followers, brought new customers to our bowling centers and built awareness for the brand of bowling,” explained Burger. “Everyone is thrilled with the results.”

To Hashflag or Not To Hashflag, THAT Is The Question - Piping Fresh Blog from Agency Creative, a premier Dallas Marketing Agency

To Hashflag, or not to Hashflag, that is the question. #AgencyCreative

No, that is not a typo, we did not mean hashtag. A hashflag is an image that appears after a specific hashtag when tweeted out and embedded on Twitter. These usually occur during big events such as the Super Bowl or popular holidays. Twitter hashflags, or custom Twitter emojis as they are commonly referred to, will cost you a pretty penny upward of one million dollars depending on the brand campaign, the specs or if you plan to use them for advertising a brand vs showcasing an event.
