Ad Agency Assists Assist Wireless with Integrated Advertising

Through a new integrated advertising campaign, Agency Creative seeks to grow additional market share for telecom client Assist Wireless.

Assist Wireless is an authorized provider of Lifeline Service. The company came to the Dallas advertising agency needing to promote their growing number of new brick and mortar Oklahoma stores and increase online enrollment.

Unlike many other Lifeline providers who simply issue their phones from tents, street vendors or trucks, Assist Wireless is investing in brick and mortar stores with a professional sales force. This change in business model provides their target with a better selection, phone upgrades and better customer service.

“Agency Creative collaborated with the Assist Wireless store managers to develop strategies and tactics that would speak to the unique needs of this cash-strapped audience,” said Mark Wyatt, President of Agency Creative. “We are very proud of what we have accomplished in our highly integrated initiative.”

The integrated campaign is built on the brand promise of “Here for You.” Each component emphasizes how Assist Wireless offers more options, better service and a place to bring your questions.

The comprehensive integrated advertising initiative includes a logo, tagline, :30 radio, :30 and :15 television, digital ads, a new responsively designed website, SEO, email marketing, store collateral and more.

Thanks to this integrated advertising campaign, online enrollment already more than tripled during the first six months. Assist Wireless has grown their market share from 8 to 15 percent throughout Oklahoma. They have also doubled their number of Oklahoma retail stores from 8 to 16.
